Dirtbikers getting a bad rap!

Dude WTF????

City tries new tactics in running dirt-bike fight
A swarm of dirt bikers terrorized Michele Rosenberg as she rode down McCulloh Street, ramming her car with such relentlessness that she and her husband drove directly to the Northwest police station, where a sergeant said there was little he could do.Police say their options have been limited as they grapple with the nagging problem of dirt bikes in Baltimore. It's too dangerous to chase them, they say. And while it is illegal to drive the vehicles in the city, there have been few ways to crack down on the young men who routinely ignore the rules, taunting law enforcement and threatening residents such as the Rosenbergs. So city leaders are turning to new tactics.
A law took effect last month that allows police to seize any unlocked dirt bike - in an alley, driveway, front yard or street. A court can then order the bikes forfeited, and they are later destroyed."The fact of the matter is that these dirt bikes drive people in neighborhoods nuts," Police Commissioner Frederick H. Bealefeld III said. "We're not talking about filling jails full of dirt biker offenders. We'll seize the bike, and it is game over."Stories of lawlessness jam e-mail inboxes of City Council members, who have struggled with the city's dirt-bike problem for at least a decade. Councilman William H. Cole IV recalls finding a website purporting to organize city rides. He skims YouTube for video clips of Baltimore riders showing off.Councilwoman Belinda Conaway recalled a group repeatedly circling Lake Ashburton as if patrolling it.The level of lawlessness can escalate. In April, a 19-year old man was sentenced to a 45 year prison term, with 10 suspended, for firing at city police officers who were trying to stop him from riding his dirt bike in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue."It is been an issue for so long that I remember talking to it about then-councilman Martin O'Malley," said Chris Muldowney, Vice President of Lauraville Improvement Association, referring to Maryland's governor, a city councilman from 1991 to 1999. "They've had little kids and dogs almost hit by dirt bikes, because that is the game I guess."Muldowney says she no longer walks her small dogs in Herring Run Park in part because of the dirt bikers.Occasionally, the police helicopter, Foxtrot, will follow bikers and radio patrol officer to tell them where they are. "We are literally keeping an eye on the person from the sky," said James H. Green, a police department attorney. When police do corner bikers, the young men often flee on foot, leaving their machines behind. Police confiscate the bikes, but owners had been getting them back by claiming someone else had been the rider. The new law tries to address that problem. At a hearing this month to raise awareness of the new rules, city councilwoman Sharon Green Middleton stressed that residents must tell police where dirt bikes are stored if the new seizure rules are to work. Some council members believe officers should use more aggressive techniques. "I think we need to have a policy where we cordon off the streets and stop them," said city Councilman Bernard "Jack" Young. "People are afraid of these guys because they think most of them are drug dealers."Rosenberg, a longtime city resident, said she wasn't afraid at first as the dirt bikers popped wheelies and revved their engines near her one evening last July. She asked her husband to slow down the car so the group would pass.Instead the bikers stayed with the couple's car and one rammed into it."The others thought that was kind of funny," Rosenberg said. The rest of the bikers joined in, bumping into the car over and over. Shaking, she locked the doors and windows. She called 911. "They continued banging into us," she said. "I am petrified by this time."Such packs are a regular sight in the city.On a recent Sunday afternoon, bikers either roamed alone or in groups of two or three. One young man buzzed through the grass at Druid Hill Park and then looped around the nearby neighborhoods with a woman seated on the back. Two others flew up Reisterstown Road - running a stop light. A few more turned up in the park near dusk, one showing off with a wheelie.A 24-year old man who said his name was Tali Patterson invited a reporter to sit with him on the front porch on Reisterstown Road and gave a detailed description of how to do a wheelie. He favors a Bandchee 450 - a four-wheeler - but his is broken down. "It is a rush," he said explain why he rides. "Females love it." He estimated that a group of 70 would convene shortly in Druid Hill Park. That seemed to be the case. Around dusk Tiffany Dukes, 21, stood near a car in Druid Hill Park with three girlfriends. They were decked out in short skirts, short shorts and flirting with the guys cruising by to impress them. "It's exciting," Dukes said when asked why she finds dirt bikers attractive. "It is fun and they are sexy as [expletive.]"Across town in South Baltimore a man who identified himself as Lemon Crocket said he often rides with groups of up to 75 around West Baltimore. He said that some car and truck drivers aren't intimidated when surrounded by dirt bike packs - they laugh and take pictures. He said he's never bumped into a car. Some Baltimore residents view the bikers as impressive. Cranston D. Cosby, 57, who lives on Gwynns Falls Parkway a block away from Druid Hill Park, says he enjoys the view from his front porch as dozens ride by on Sundays."When I look at them I don't see them like everyone else," he said. "I see them as very talented, but too bold."Young, the councilman, does have some sympathy for the riders. Last year he asked the city to look into creating a park for dirt bikers, though some in the police department oppose that idea. Such a place, police said, would only encourage more youths to ride on city streets - if only to get to the park. The roving bikers caught the attention of Lotfy Nathan, a student at the Maryland Institute College of Art, who has spent the past 13 months filming a documentary that focuses on several groups of riders, ranging in age from 16 to 30. Almost all are black males, although women occasionally ride, he said."Upper-class white communities generally are the most fearful of them and regard them as criminals," Nathan said. "Then there are other communities that get a kick out of it."Nathan has developed an appreciation of the dirt-bike culture, including why riders band together. When police turn up, he said, they can scatter, with too many to get caught.Bikers he talks to are well aware that they shouldn't ride in the city, and know that police can't chase them."I do see this cat and mouse thing that goes on between them," Nathan said. "One is trying to get the better of the other."

Have a GREAT Weekend!

I promised I would update...

So here goes! I have had a shit ton of stuff going on over the past few weeks. I will do my best to catch you all up. First - The Mustang is doing just fine (and for some odd reason, I don't really miss the Harley). Is that weird?

This past Friday I had the chance to see Jimmy "JJ" Walker at Fat Fish Blue - Home of The FunnyBone at Levis Commons in Perrysburg.
What a great place! The place is all new and nice and the food is great! Plus - NO SMOKING! Gotta love that. So I made a phone call and Ebay Chad and I scored free tickets from the promoter. The show was pretty much sold out and the guy was super cool and he hooked us up with FRONT ROW seats for the Friday night show. How cool is that? So I picked Chad up at his ghetto apartment and we headed there. They sat us with this older married couple from Toledo. They were cool. We ordered food and the owner of the place came over and told us that he was going to take care of the bill. SCORE! I told him he didn't have to, but he insisted. Who am I to argue. Show starts and it turns out the MC for the night is Corey (one of 700 million people on the Andrew Z morning show). He was good, but I still found it difficult to like him because you knew come Monday morning he would be back at the Clear Channel Gestapo sucking on the tit of Andrew Z telling him how funny he was.
Ughh. Anyways...the second guy was a complete hack. His name was Todd something. He kinda was rocking the mullet and he had old school Reebok's on.

The kind that you thought were cool when you were like 13! Back in 1985. He looked like he had just watched an entire weekend of Full House and was paying homage to the wardrobe styling of "Danny Tanner"!
So enter Jimmy "JJ" Walker! He did about 45 mins and for the most part it was funny. Not $14/ticket, but since I got the tickets for free...it was worth it! After the show Chad and I stuck around and we got to meet him.

He took the time to sign an autograph but wouldn't say "DYNO MITE!". The entire night he didn't say it. I mean cmon! That phrase right there is the real reason why 95% of the people at the place were there! Wouldn't do it. Oh well.

I also had the chance to attend a friends wedding near Dayton this weekend. What a great time. It was an Indian wedding.
Notice the ELEPHANT on top of the cake (I posted this for you Ebay Chad). This was a first for me. The food was good - but not for me.
Lots of fun and great stories I will share at a later date. That's it for now.

Back to action!

Had a fairly descent weekend.

Friday night went to the Sylvania Southview football game. A good friend of mine is a defensive coach there. They womped Northview! Fun fact - Southview has beaten opponents by an average of 48 points per game this season! Unstoppable.

Saturday I got up early and headed up to Tecumseh, Michigan with Gary Shores (from K100) for a car show. Awesome show! There were about 1000 cars there. All of them were immaculate. Mine looked pretty good too (if I do say so)! Chilled on Sunday - mostly around the house cleaning the garage and getting ready for Halloween.

P.S. - Big Halloween party at my house on Oct 25th. If for some reason you didnt get an invite...there is a reason for that!
Have a Most Triumphant Day!

Sorry its been awhile since the last blog. I know - I SUCK. So Friday night I went to Milan Dragway with my Uncles and had some serious fun! Mustang ran a 12.73 in the 1/4 mile @ 111mph! SUMBITCH! What a blast! Got my vanity plates in the mail on Monday. "SLDMYHD" If you see me, let me know. I am thinking about getting it dyno'd on Monday at a place called "PURE TUNING" on Secor. I will let you know how that turns out.

Short and sweet today. Sorry I gotta get out of the studio. Below is a fairly creative way to have some fun at your Halloween Party this year!

A slight change in the line-up...Now pinch hitting for Murphy...

So today I have decided to treat you to the random and crazy thoughts of the one and only Ebay Chad. He will be blogging for me today. I give him complete artistic control of my blog (well kinda).

Take it away Chad....

"First and foremost I would like to say it is a pleasure and more of an honor doing this. and dont forget to add me www.myspace.com/ebaychad for cool updates and props.... Murphy is listed in the Guiness book of World Records as indignent.

Now on to this picture... it is hard to describe yesterday i held the door open for jessica simpson.... she looked at me... our eyes locked... she held out her hand and said "hey i am jessica" i looked upon her gaze and returned it with a smile that said "hello i am chad... pleasure to meet you" then I said "hello i am chad... pleasure to meet you" She then proceeded to giggle histarically like a elementary school girl after getting cooties from a guy she liked.... Now we fast forward 40 minutes to the conference room which sets the scene for the picture... i walk back up to her... like a slow motion baywatch scene... she smiles and puts her arm around me like she does not want to let go and says with her smile.... i dont want you to ever leave... that same smile is shown in this picture.... what you cant see in the picture is her scratching my back like a cat on a scratching post.... but at the same time she loves the scratching post so she is not hurting it.... the best way to describe yesterday was the end of willy wonka when charlie got the chocolate factory.... not immediately but after charlie went home and his family was allowed to join him... that is the best way to describe yesterday i believe... also after the picture was taken jessica screamed dont ever leave me chad.... but she said it with her eyes... like a puppy being left in the cold for peeing on the carpet.... many props go out to murphy for allowing me the opportunity to describe my most intimate moments... and i think it would be appropriate to quote the bible .... verse 1 chapter 1 book 1 word 1..... "The"

Thanks Chad?

Rough Weekend!

So this weekend was full of fun! I Had the chance to get away and head to our family cottage in Alpena, Mich (North-east Lower Peninsula). Me, the wife, and my Brother-in-law Brad took the dirt bikes and had lots of fun running around like idiots on the state land that surrounds the lake our cottage is on. Sunday was the best day though. We decided to pack up and leave the cottage early and head to a town called Mio, Michigan (about an hour south west). There are a bunch of trails called "Bull's Gap" in between Mio and the town of Rose City. We took off and started blasting these trails in the middle of nowhere for about an hour and then turned around and started heading homeward. As we were coming back, I took a corner a little too fast and had to bail on the bike. Nothing major it happens. So I get up and grab the bike and notice the handlebars are a little shaky. AWWW CRAP! So I am thinking, I mean hoping, that I can maybe limp it back to the car - NOT GONNA HAPPEN. I rode about 50 feet and tried to turn left - the handle bars came right off the frickin forks!
"I CAN RIDE MY BIKE WITH NO HANDLEBARS - NO HANDLEBARS!".
I had to dump the bike again. Long story short, Brad hauled ass back to the car, got the tools and the most important part- The ratchet straps, and we fixed it enough to get it back to the car. I know I had a lot of fun this weekend, because I am paying for it today!
I will have more tomorrow!

Noel Gallagher Attacked!

So, I know this happened last week, but I finally got around to putting up a link to the video. Let me just say that I do feel kinda bad for Noel, but this is still funny. The dude just runs up on stage and starts moshing with them...only problem is they weren't ready to mosh! The best part is when Liam realizes what actually happened and then tries to go after the guy (who is being manhandled by security)!

Too funny. Check it out for yourself by clicking on the link -

Enjoy and as always...

READY FOR A SHOCKER? (not that kind sicko)

About 8 years ago I started riding a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Over the past few years I have had some great experiences on my bike(s). I have been to places that I probably would have avoided in a car and seen things that most people just plain miss.

I know this makes me sound like a whiny spoiled brat...but it seems that lately I haven't been enjoying it as much as I used to. I know...it's been kind of weird for me too. The trip to Milwaukee for the 105th Anniversary was really great. We had a good time and it was cool to be a part of something that big, but it wasn't as cool as the 100th Anniversary.

Am I growing out of Harley? Did I start too early? Harley is my thing. I am torn.

Lately I have been getting into riding dirt bike and this summer I got me a 2004 KTM 125sx.
The thing is a frickin' BLAST! I look forward to beating the living shit out of me and the bike EVERY TIME I get on it!
Is it the fun of riding dirt that is turning me off from riding street bikes? Seems that riding my Harley is kind of like transportation lately. Just a way to get from point A to point B. That sucks. And it's REALLY expensive! Riding dirt still scares the living shit out of me! Is that bad?
I guess I got some thinking to do.
That's all for now.

Extreme Home Makeover invades Toledo!

So for those of you that aren't in the know, Extreme Home Makeover is in Toledo this work! Yeah! Let me just start off by saying CONGRATS to the Frisch Family! Aaron Frisch is a Toledo Firefighter and his wife Jaclynn is an Ordained Minister. As far as their story goes, they have 5 kids of their own, and they felt they had enough room in their hearts and their house to adopt 6 more! That's 11 total! Needless to say things are lil cramped.
So for the last week 13ABC has been doing some promoting for the big reveal (which of the 5 Toledo families will be the big winner). Sunday came and I will admit, I got caught up in the hype. The Wife and I lay in bed, watched 13ABC Sunday Morning and waited anxiously for the news and the location. Enter E-BAY Chad!
I heard him talking about how he was going to be driving around looking for the bus and the location. Before the big announcement, I sent him a few texts to run him off the trail. The first was to inform him that the house was located in Stone Oak! He didn't buy that one, so I told him that they were on their way to Ottawa Hills to help out a needy family that has been living in a "shack" that only has a 3 car garage and no indoor pool! Poor things! He said he was right around the corner from my house so I told him to come pick me up. I was up for a little Sunday morning adventure.
We didn't even make it to the end of my street before the Wife calls and tells us 13ABC announced the address. Chad typed it in on the GPS and off we go! As we arrived, I noticed Chad and I weren't the only ones who were up for a little Sunday Drive. The place was packed already! We parked around the corner from the house (about as close as we could) and proceeded to walk as close as we could. The secret to getting into places that you aren't allowed to be is to act like you belong there! That's exactly what we did. It worked. So there we were standing less than a block away from the house and the bus, surrounded by City Officials, Police and Fire Chiefs, Toledo Mayor Carty Finkbiener and his wife, and the builders! No kidding! We stood around for about an hour watched them do their thing with the family (the design team started an impromptu football game in the street - kinda cool) and then decided it was time to bolt.
As we were leaving, I made the joke that we should check the Mayor's car to see if his dog Scout was inside. The joke is that the good Mayor has been busted for leaving his dog locked in his car on hot days (sometimes parked in handicapped spots). Wouldn't you know it - There's the Mayors car and there's SCOUT! Poor frickin' dog! I was gonna get a picture, but there were more than a few cops in the area and I was pretty sure I was gonna get busted if I did - So I didn't.
All in all, pretty cool to see all the stuff that goes on behind the scenes. I do have to feel a little bad for the other people in the neighborhood. I can see how things are probably gonna get out of hand. People are parking and walking all over other people's lawns and throwing bottles and thrash in the street - and that was just the first day! If you plan on going to watch the deal, please be respectful of others and try not to be a dick!
That's all for now!

This is soooo fake...

But who cares!!! As soon as Sarah Palin was named McCain's running mate, EVERYONE'S been talking about her. Let's go over a few things that are truly of importance here...

Firstly, don't you feel like if she unpinned her hair and whipped off her glasses... bow-chick-a-bow-wow! I mean, come on, she does have that whole "hot for teacher," sexy secretary thing going on, if you will. She actaully kind of reminds me of a "less hot Tina Fey" from SNL! The only thing holding her back is her "disguise." But you gotta know once the ponytail and glasses go -- it's ON LIKE DONKEY KONG!

Secondly, does anyone compare Sarah Palin's mothering skills with those of Lynne Spears? Probably not. But BOTH ended up having to deal with their teenage daughter getting knocked up. But it seems people were harder on Lynne Spears, dismissing her as a bad mother, or white trash, where as no one would question Sarah Palin's mothering skills ... like what happened to Sarah's daughter was a fluke.

And thirdly, has anyone realized that in about 4 months Sarah Palin will be a GILF??! [Grandma I'd Like To F****]!

Don't act like the thought didn't cross your mind at least once!

That's all for now! Have a great weekend!

Scattered, Smothered, & Covered!

Ok so there's the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and the NASCAR Museum. Now the Waffle House Museum has opened in metro Atlanta.

A ribbon cutting for the new museum was held at the site of the original Waffle House which opened on East College Avenue in Avondale Estates some 53 years ago.

The original restaurant closed in 1973 and became home to various other restaurants, even a tire store. Waffle House purchased the property again to turn it into a museum that includes original menus, uniforms, and other memorabilia. It also includes a replica of the original counter, stools, and kitchen.

Rumor has it that they are actually gonna open up another Waffle House right across the street!

The museum will only be open on special occasions and for corporate events.

929 miles and I am happy to be home!

So I made it back from Milwaukee in one peice. We saw plenty of cool things, rode a shit ton of miles, and had a great time.

Friday night while we were at the Dealer Party for the NEW H-D Museum, I got the chance to get a picture with Willie G! I gotta admit after meeting tons of celebs over the past few years, I was actually a little star struck. I always make it a point to not act like a little school girl when I meet celebs, but this was different. This man is a legend! The pic above is (from L to R) Me, Willie G Davidson, & my cousin Mike. How cool is that??? For more pics check out the link below:

www.myspace.com/shockerdolphin

Now here are random words and thoughts from the trip...

  • Meat Rabbits?
  • Snarf Rats?
  • Miller Brewing tour was cool, but I am still a Bud man
  • I frickin' met Willie G!
  • Puddle Of Mudd kinda sorta rocked
  • I would NOT be able to survive in Chicago (or any big city).
  • Garlic Squid Ass
  • "Hurry the hell up Steve!"
  • Kid Rock really repped the D!
  • Milwaukee is actaully a really cool place to visit...in the Summer!
  • probably wont do the 110th Anniversary party :(

Thats all for now. I will have more in the next few days, including videos of the 105th Anniversary Parade through downtown Milwaukee.

Good to be home!

Motorcylces, Midgets, Miller Brew, and Kid Rock!

So we started the day off by heading to Milwaukee HD (just north of town). The yhad a huge blow out event going on. We got there around 11am and there were already like 5000 people there. No joke! It was a big festival type atomoshpere going on. They had girls in bikini's washing bikes, midget wrestling, vendors, and tons o beer! Kinda cool. The dealership is located right next door to Milwaukee's largest strip joint! Talk about planning!!! So there were half naked women all over the place. We stayed for about an hour and a half and then headed over to the Miller Brewing Company. They have free tours there and at the end of the tour they give you 3 free beers! Hell yeah! I am mostly a Bud Light guy, but who am I to pass on 3 free beers! Left there and then headed back home to shower and shave and then off to the H.O.G. fest. It was at Miller Park (where the Brewers play). There had to be at least 25,000 bikes there. We got there right as soon as Kid Rock was about to go on stage. Huge show and it was FREE! He did a great set. All in all it was pretty long day.

Got a good one planned for today. We are headed down to the Summerfest Grounds for the good part of the day and then maybe to the HD factory for some demo rides. Got a pretty cool exclusive HD Dealer party to go to tonight at the new HD Museum. Should be pretty cool. Still no Bronze Fonz photo yet. I will do my best to try and get there today. More tomorrow.

397 miles later

So we made it safe to Milwaukee last night. Left Toledo at around 8am and headed to Tecumseh H-D to meet up with the rest of our riders. Ended up having breakfast and screwing around and didnt leave Tecumseh until around 10am. The ride down US12 was great. Jumped on 80/90 in Indiana and that kinda sucked. I really dont like freeway riding on long trips like this. Oh well. Made it into Chicago around 2:30p or so and met with The Russ' friends Janie and Molly. The have a small house in Cicero (West side of Chicago). Hanged with them for a few and then had a oretty decent lunch at a place called Nuevo Leone (or New Lion). Authentic mexican food + bike trip = bad news! Good food though. Headed thru Chicago during rush hour and that sucked ass. We got lost trying to find Lakeshore Dr from Janie's house. Once we found it, it was packed. Finally got thru and headed to 94 north to Milwaukee and a break neck speed. I think we were pulling around 80mph. Got to the hotel around 9pm-ish and to my surprise...it's actually pretty nice. We are headed to a few HD dealers today and then the HOG party at Miller Field tonight. Kid Rock will be there, but I am more excited to see Lewis Black. Should be fun. I am also going to do my best to try and see the Bronze Fonz on the riverfront today. Possibilty for rain today. No biggie though. If it happens, it happens. Thats all for now.

NIN - Let tha hatin' begin

So let's just get it right the hell out of the way...I got to go backstage at NIN!

In a word it was AWESOME! There had been rumbles of Trent not being anywhere near the backstage Meet n Greet...not the case. He was there and he actually seemed like he was in a good mood! I was really geeked to meet Josh Freese for the first time too. Great guy. As always, there were more people than time and as usual it left me with that "really excited, yet empty" feeling that I get when we do backstage meets with major "rockstars". I get the feeling that they are cool to hang out as long as you would like to, but their management or "handlers" get all in a huff anytime you ask to do something out of the ordinary. All in all, the backstage meet was a success. I am pretty sure that everyone was all geeked to meet the NIN crew and I am pretty sure that everyone was about as shocked as I was when I actually saw Trent backstage. I cant say much for the show itself, I didnt stick around long enough...oh well. Thats the price you pay when the alarm clock goes off before the sun comes up. That's about it for now. More tomorrow morning on the show.

G.A.F. = E.O.S. :(

So I had Pete Petersen and the gang from the German American Fest in the studio this morning. It was kind of bittersweet. Let me 'splain myself...

The GAF is always a blast! I have been going for like 7 years now and I always end up wishing that I hadnt drank so much damned draft beer. So other than that, the part that really sucks is that the GAF always means that summer is pretty much over. THAT SUCKS! I am totally not ready for summer to be gone. Oh well. Whattdya gonna do?

As far as the fest goes, my only words of wisdom are: GET A FRICKIN' DD! Oregon cops drive REALLY nice po po cars. Do you wanna take a guess as to how they pay for them? Smart money says that they make more than enough during the GAF weekend to buy a new patrol car for every city and town in Lucas AND Wood Counties.

Dont be a dumbass. Take a frickin' cab.

Stupid Addictinggames.com

So I rediscovered an old friend today - http://www.addictinggames.com/! This website is great and awful all in the same. A few years ago, Ryan and I used to play "Curling" everyday and it drove Stoney NUTSO!
So I was tooling around on the internet this morning and I found it again. Word to the wise - Drag Racer, Hang-gliding, and Cornhole are problaby 3 of the best ways to loose 20 mins of productivity in your work day!
Enjoy?

Mondays suck...sometimes you just gotta dance!

Short and sweet this morning because my stupid alarm clock didnt go off! Threw off my whole day! Whenever you are having a bad Monday, just do what this guy did...

If you look at the timestamp on the video, the date was May 16th 2005 - Monday May 16th 2005 at 1:22p in the afternoon! This guy had nothing better to do on a friggin' Monday afternoon! That is awesome!

I guess the message here is: When your life needs a little pick me up, go your ass to Best Buy and dance like a fool!

Have a great Day!

Flobots!!

Flobots last night at the Toledo Civic Theatre was GREAT! Thanks to everyone that came out to the show. If you missed it - here is a lil' video I shot during "Handlebars"...

Enjoy!

Props to the clown that brought an Amercian Flag to the show and proceeded to wave it right in front of me during the concert! FUCKHEAD HAD NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING! The flag had a sign attached to it that read "Join The Ron Paul Revolution". Now I am definetly not voting for Ron Paul after that asshat pretty much ruined my video. Echo of Silence was great, I hadnt seen those guys live in concert - they rocked. People Under The Stairs were...umm...err...I will try to sugar coat it as much as I can - lets just say...THEY KINDA SUCKED! More tomorrow morning. Have a great Sunday!

Me Chinese - Me Play Joke...

So apparently players from Spain's Olympic Basket Ball Team got caught making "chinese eyes" in a team photo from Bejing! Here is the story from the AP Wire...

BEIJING (AP) — Players on Spain's Olympic basketball team defended a photo in an ad showing the players using their fingers to apparently make their eyes look more Chinese.
The photo, which has been running as a newspaper spread in Spain since Friday, shows all 15 players making the gesture on a basketball court adorned with a Chinese dragon. The photo was part of a publicity campaign for team sponsor Seur, a Spanish courier company, and is being used only in Spain

I know this may be wrong...But I still think that it's kinda funny!!! Hahahahahahaahahaha!!

Old People

So my next door neighbor has a one car driveway and a one car garage so he is forced to park in the street while his wife parks in the drive. The other day we were talking over the fence to each other and this car drives by and takes his frickin' drivers mirror right off! WTF??? So he jumps in the car and follows this car down the street - old lady gets out of the car! He proceeds to inform her that she just hit his car - she had no idea! She actually tried to deny it! He was really calm. I would have been all up in her shit! He proceeds to show her the 6 foot gray stripe down the passenger side of her Toyota. "Oh I guess I did". Ya think???? He gets her insurance info including her name, address, and birthdate. Her birthdate...go ahead take a guess - 1923!!! FUCKING 85 YEARS OLD! Are you kidding me? And her license doesnt expire for another 2 years!! I am a firm beileiver that old people should have to go to the state EVERY year and re-test for their license. What if that was a dog? Or worse yet - one of her Grandkids? I hate old bags that think they should be able to drive. If that were a 16 or 17 year old they probably would have lost their license for at least a year. Plus their parents would have had to pay through thier nose because thier insurance rates would have gone thru the roof.

Old people suck.

Hugs and kisses.
